Human Equilibrium, as a concept started developing in Themistocles Patramanis' mind, since he was in high-school. As a student of martial arts, he learned that it is equally important to develop Mind & Body in order to overcome his opponents, master his skills, and become the best version of himself. Later on, due to injuries (mostly from overtraining and poor programing) he discovered physical therapy, and fell in love with the science "within" the human body. At that point, he knew that his purpose was to help others achieve their goals and become THE BEST version of themselves, by training mind & body in the BEST possible way, with safety, and avoiding injuries/setbacks. In order to do so, over the years he exposed him self to different types of training from martial arts, to CrossFit, Spartan Races, a variety of sports, pilates, group fitness classes, yoga, and more.

Bringing everything together... Human Equilibrium was created!

A class for someone that wants to learn new things, be challenged in different ways, and become the best version of themselves. Ideal for more athletic types. 

Wellness Class:

A class for someone that wants to be healthy, strong, and fit, without the more athletic component incorporated in the program. Ideal for people who want to keep it simple. 

Yoga Class:

A simple Yoga flow class oriented towards mobility, stretching, stress relief, and Yoga fundamentals.

Bring A Friend Class:

An open class for everyone. We invite any friend member or non member, to come workout with us for FREE. This is a cross-training/bootcamp/obstacle course racing type of workout that you will be asked to complete with a partner. Let the fun begin!
