Challenge Details

Welcome to the 2022 Wellness Challenge!

This challenge is meant to help you build a healthy lifestyle! Anyone can participate, regardless of where you are at in your life.

Through daily goals, completion of tasks, education, inspiration, motivation, and community support, you will learn to make healthy choices into habits and therefor a part of your everyday lifestyle.

You will log your points daily through the TRIIB app. There will be two winners: One member of Human Equilibrium, and one non-member. Be sure to log your points in daily as you will only have 1 extra day to upload your results.

The group-based format will ensure you get support and accountability, so be sure to join the Facebook group called “2022 Human Equilibrium Wellness Challenge”. Feel free to ask questions, post recipes, memes, or pictures of your meals, and write a note of encouragement to fellow participants.

By participating in this challenge you will also benefit from our partnership with Thorne supplements. An account will be created for you and you will be able to access our online store, and enjoy discounts on Thorne's high quality supplements!

Get ready to work hard and put in some serious effort! You will get out of this challenge what you put into it.

Daily Goals

Drink Water

Drink 1/2 your body weight in ounces of water.

No added Sugars

No added sugar of any kind.
Fruit is ok.

No Alcohol

No alcoholic beverages.

No Processed Food

No processed foods.

Good Sleep

Sleep 8 hours / have a sleep schedule.

Workout + Walk/Run

Workout + walk/run at least 5,000 steps (2 miles).

Journal

Write:
  • 2 bad habits that keep you from your goals
  • 2 good habits that will help you achieve your goals
  • Your "WHY" 
You can but you do not have to write the same things every day.

Post of Facebook Group

Post a recipe, a tip, or anything you would like to share with our community. 

Completion Based Goals

Read / Listen to 2 Books

Read or listen to 2 Books nonfiction, within our Challenge timeframe.

Get out of your comfort zone

Complete at least 1 event/competition, that will put you out of your comfort zone, before the end of the challenge.

1,000 Burpees & Sit-ups

Complete 1,000 Burpees and 1,000 Sit-ups by the end of the challenge (February 28th).

* If you are not able to perform burpees due to injuries, a scale could be to lay face down on the floor and then stand up, however you can.

** If you are not able to perform sit-ups due to injuries, a scale could be crunches.

* Do as many burpees as you can in 3 minutes. If your last burpee starts before the time ends, complete it and count it. 

** Entered score is the amount of burpees completed within 3 minutes.
